I opened my business in 1993 to provide individual and group nutrition and wellness coaching for lifestyle change.
No pills, no special foods, no gimmicks. I rely totally on habits that make the body work like it's supposed to and that will help people have the energy and function to live the life they want.

I am an RN and committed to wellness and illness prevention.
I help women over 40 lose weight, increase energy and gain the confidence to live the life they want.
I focus on 3 things:
1) Master their lifestyle with healthy habits
2) Honor the body - I help individuals take the actions that nurture the over 40 body instead of doing restrictive and excessive things that wreck
metabolism and mess up hormones.
3) Create a mindset of success - sticking with a healthy lifestyle is more than nutrition and fitness. To be successful one must also address negative thoughts and beliefs about an individuals ability to be successful and deal with everyday obstacles that can throw them off track.
