Concepts in Weight Management and Team Beachbody have combined to help people reach their health and fitness goals. I work with people individually to incorporate healthier behaviors into their lives. With Beachbody “tools,” including home workouts, natural supplements (if desired), personal support, and accountability, successful weight loss is in reach!
What I do for Concepts in Weight Management / Beachbody
I meet with individuals over several months to ensure that healthy behaviors become a part of one’s lifestyle. If a client is not local, we can work together online so they can achieve their fitness goal. I also offer local kickboxing classes four times a week and a weekly fit club, which is absolutely free!
